Ranked Minnesota’s Best Regional University for Third Year

U.S. News & World Report for the third year in a row, according to its released Monday. was ranked 10th overall in the Midwest (up two places from last year) by the influential college ranking publication.

was also recognized in the s. was ranked #184 in the among all universities in the country, and #3 among Minnesota institutions. The WSJ rankings are to favor student success including graduation rates, income after graduation and return on tuition investment – all areas where excels.

“These rankings are a resounding affirmation that a education affords students with transformational results at a tremendous value,” President Fayneese Miller said. “This is recognition that our students are well served during their time at and well prepared for success after college.”

In other U.S. News rankings: jumped five spots in the (9th among Midwest regional universities) while maintaining Minnesota’s top spot for a second year in a row.

Another outstanding result for was , where the university was ranked #2 among Midwest Regional Universities – up 40 places from last year.

also rose up the ranks in (7th among Midwest regional universities, 2nd in Minnesota) and (19th in the Midwest, 4th in Minnesota). U.S. News & World Report also ranked highly in (6th in the Midwest, 2nd in Minnesota).
